At Solutions4Health_AU, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If your items aren't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition with tags attached.

Return Process

  Log into your Solutions4Health_AU account, navigate to your order history, and select the item you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all original tags, labels, and hygiene seals remain intact and undamaged.

  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized Australia Post location or designated courier point.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or dispatch your exchange within 5 business days.
